About us
J Grier Community Development Center is a faith-based, non-profit, development center dedicated to providing emergency assistance to families in various counties all over Georgia. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization supported by various businesses, civic and social organizations, foundations, and individuals. Our mission is to serve as a catalyst for the community by developing and implementing programs to empower and improve the quality of life for individuals and families.

In 2001, Dr Janice Grier had the vision to provide many different services to low income and homeless families in the community. Through the partnership with New and Living Way International Deliverance Ministries,
Dr. Grier was able to provide food assistance, utility and rental assistance, and counseling services throughout the community. As the need in the community grew bigger, the vision expanded into its own entity.
We will open the doors to J Grier Community Development Center in 2020 In Tucker Georgia.

Though the needs in our community have changed drastically, the goal remains the same:
Impact our community, Change our world.
We understand families now face long-term needs due to fixed incomes, homelessness, abuse, language barriers, single-parent homes, and many other circumstances.
Our desire is to serve as many people as possible with love and grace.

Pamela Green
Chief Operating Officer
Pamela Green is the COO of J Grier Community Development Center. She comes with a wealth of managerial and administrative knowledge. She is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of this wonderful organization

Tiffani Grier has several years of experience overseeing and managing compliance regulations within various companies and organizations. With her expertise and experiences, she ensures that J Grier Community Development is on track with all procedures and policies.

Thelma Peeples has a proven track record of ensuring Financial success for companies and individuals. She is a asset to the team ensuring goals and needs are met and people in our community are helped.
Dr Janice D. Grier is the founder and Ceo of J Grier Community Development Center. Dr. Grier has always felt a deep sense of commitment to assisting those in need. She has a genuine concern for the health and well being of everyone she comes in contact with.
Dr. Grier's goal is to make an impact in the community and in the world by showing the love of Christ in all that she does. Simply put, Dr. Girer stands firm in promoting positivity, prosperity, and providing a new perspective.
